In the heart, region spins another energy vortex, the fourth major chakra of the body and the center between the lower (physical & emotional) and higher (mental & spiritual) chakras.

The heart is the centre of love, growth, compassion, and empathy, and enables the body to appreciate the connectedness of all life.

Unfortunately, this center is also one of the most vulnerable and sensitive and reacts quickly towards negativity.

This Chakra your connection between yourself and others. This is where your compassion and caring attitude will thrive. You will attain healthy self-love. You would be altruistic, generous, kind and respectful to all.

This is a Chakra that helps integrate and unify itself. It allows to bring yourself as a whole, hence, this is your healing center.


With this Chakra we come to recognize that we are part of something bigger, we can feel and recognize that we are all connected in extended relationships throughout our life and our universe.

It allows us to get in touch with the truth that connects everything together, whether it is mankind, animal life or plant life or even bigger.

This Chakra directs us to accept what is and that of our divine path with love and compassion. Allowing you to give compassion and love to all living being and to inspire all others to have the same approach to life. You build a web of safety for all and introduce a safe and supportive environment.

It is undeniable that others will feel your love and generosity as you give them unconditional love, peace. You do not become judgemental towards others.

An open Chakra has free-flowing energy. Your self-love radiates to others and is then reciprocated and this energy allows for themselves to feel your love for yourself and others and they, in turn, return this love to themselves and others. This type of unconditional love helps to nurture and care for others freely.

This is to be found on the breast bone, roughly between the throat and the end of the rib cage.
